2014 Fantasy Football Rankings: TE Projections, Standard scoring

Jimmy Graham is a fantasy stud. He has bagged 85 or more receptions in each of the past three seasons. Graham is easily in the conversation for the best player at the TE position. He's a high round pick in all formats.

Gronk is a fantasy machine. He is only 25 years old, so returning from injury should not be a problem. On the field, he is a difference maker and a TD machine.

Greg Olsen emerged as a solid TE1 in 2013. The lack of weapons on the outside should ensure that Olsen gets plenty of passes thrown in his direction this season.

At some point, Witten will slow down. I just wouldn't bet on it being 2014. His numbers will take a slight dip due to advancing age but he is a TE1.

Cameron emerged as an elite pass catching option at the TE position in 2013. He faded down the stretch as teams bracketed him. With Gordon on the shelf, he will find less room -- but he will still be their featured pass catcher.

Vernon Davis answered a disappointing 2012 season with a strong stat line in 2013. He boasted 13 TDs and 850 receiving yards. Davis is a safe bet for 800+ yards and 8+ TDs. There is some upside in this projection.

Charles Clay enjoyed a breakout season last year. Our weekly GIG rating system, loves him. He gets a ton of opportunities and Miami is thin at talent in the receiving game.

The Eagles will unleash Zach Ertz on the league this season. His size (6'5'') and speed make him a mismatch at every level of the field. Ertz is a safe bet to pick up some of the slack left b DeSean Jackson's exit from town.
