Fantasy Football Injury Report Tool
Preview of Fantasy Tools : The Injury Report
Status: Under Development
One of the most frustrating things about competitive fantasy football is the obscurity of the injury reporting in the NFL. Take a look at Tom Brady for example. Nearly every week, his name pops onto the injury report. Yet week after week, he goes out and plays.
Gridiron-Guru will make following the injury report easier. Every time the league releases the injury reports, our state-of-the-art intelligence center will digest the report. You can come to the injury report and see the latest information as posted by the NFL teams themselves.
We take it one step further. Our injury report will show you how many times the player has shown up on the injury report with this grade in a given year – and how many points he averages when he shows up with this grade.
In addition, to help us all better understand how a team trends with their injury reporting – we will chart how many points each team generates at a given injury level. For instance, if Team X has a history of RBs scoring 10 points despite being listed as “Questionable” – you can have more confidence starting your star running back despite his dubious injury status.
NOTE: You also search for a particular player, and his weekly fantasy point chart will show you what his injury status was on a given week.
